This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is intended only for personal record-keeping. Clinical status labels are informational and are not a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Camera OCR and AI extraction can be wrong, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted or manually entered data or its suitability for clinical use.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You should not rely solely on the app for monitoring critical health conditions.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability
